When you're shopping for a company to replace your roof, you have two major concerns: fair price and quality work. There is a degree of uncertainty and trepidation while talking to salespeople in your dining room at 7 PM about spending thousands of dollars. You're tired, you don't know these people, and they are trying to sell you something.
Why trust them? I'm taking the time to write a review for this company because you may be in the same position I was about a month ago. After we signed all the paperwork, the salesmen left and we were left to question our decision. Soon afterwards, a project manager called to let us know when the work would begin. A dumpster was delivered, the crew arrived, and the work began on a Monday morning. From start to finish, the crew was thorough, professional, and very forthcoming with details about the job as it progressed.
You never know what your going to get when you tear off the roof of an old house like ours. When we ran into a problem with the chimney, the foreman made a call to the owner of company. He OK'd adding a stack that wasn't considered in the original bid and did not pass that expense on to us.
At the end of the job, we have a beautiful new look to our home, I can see how tight every crevice is, and, most importantly, I am confident that we have a solid roof over our heads. Quality and a fair price... I whole heartedly endorse this company.
